Yalberthe Fiefie
Geisha House
Hi there! My name is Chef Fiefie. I specialize in farm-to-table cooking with Caribbean and Asian influences. I want to connect people by bridging the gap between growing food and using it creatively in the kitchen. I teach people how to turn their garden harvest into simple, flavorful meals — from pickling onions and peppers to making homemade hot sauce and learning how to build full meals from what's already growing.
