I will walk through how to grow food without traditional farmland by using raised beds, grow bags, containers, and high intensity planting methods. We will cover how to plan a small garden layout, choose crops that produce well in limited space, and use techniques like interplanting and succession planting to keep food growing throughout the season. Participants will also learn practical tips for soil, spacing, and crop combinations that work well in urban environments. The goal is for attendees to leave with a clear understanding of how they can start growing food in their own backyard, patio, or small outdoor space.
